All digital book purchases made under this policy are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for a change of mind. Please read the free chapter sample, product description, and format requirements before purchasing.

If a purchased file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, email camilletblossoms@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email. We will help restore access or provide a working replacement file. Please do not send card details or passwords.

This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Purchases made before this policy changed remain subject to the terms displayed when they were purchased.
